The Relationship between Transformational Leadership Practiced and the Level of Job Satisfaction among Lecturers in MARA Professional College, Malaysia

Abstract: The quality and level of job satisfaction among lecturers play a significant role in implementing transformation to improve the education system. main reason for decreasing performances is due low satisfaction. This study aimed examine relationship between director’s transformational leadership style at MARA Professional College. survey employing descriptive inferential quantitative method. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) Job Descriptive Index (JDI) instruments were distributed 64 participants that chosen using simple random sampling from 75 population College lecturers. data was analyzed Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version 22. findings revealed practice director on low. In addition, there influenced by practice, thus can increase staff practicing managing college. are expected assist organization identify work pressure faced lecturers.
